According to Fiorelli –

“La taberna adiacente, che non aveva chiusure nell’area dell’indicato hospitium, teneva sulla via un podio per la vendita de’com(m)estibili, ed una cella dietroposta, esibendo sul pilastro intermedio l’epigrafe:

"The adjacent bar, which was not closed off from the indicated hospitium (VI.17.1), had a podium/bench for the sale of foodstuffs onto the roadway and a room at the rear, showing on the middle pillar was the epigraph -
